REASONABLE SUSPICION

Do you know if your Company is required to provide reasonable suspicion training?  Are you in a supervisory role at your company?  Then you are the primary link between the company and the drivers. Your observations may well keep a potentially affected driver off the road. This training is geared toward Department of Transportation (DOT) supervision but can be made site specific and utilized in all industries.

49CFR part 382.603 applies to “all persons designated to supervise drivers”.  This could include dispatchers, managers, lead workers and foreman.
